APRIL VIOLETS
My mother wore violets,
A tiny twist of purple
Caught up in a small brooch
Of Whitby Jet pinned to her jumper.
Later, she would wear them in her hair.

I love the colour Violet.
Beautiful, Gwen.
Thank you. So glad you liked it. I love your posts and pictures and find them very
interesting.
Gwen.
Thank you, Gwen. Very kind of you to say.
Such a pretty colour. Glad you liked the poem. I loved the colours of your Fair!
Gwen.
It indeed has become my recent favourite.
Trade Fair had lovely colours. The effect of the sky made it charming.
Thank you Gwen for reading the post 🙂
